These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from the Our Eternal Grin online store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and orders: Most items are printed or made to order by our production partners. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the finished product. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud, and any payment will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment: Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds: Shipping times and our return and refund terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Artwork and intellectual property: All artwork, designs, logos, text and images on this site are the property of Our Eternal Grin and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights to the artwork.

Use of the site: You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Eternal Grin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
